EQUITY	NOTE 4 – EQUITY The Company has 80,000,000 preferred shares authorized with a par value of $0.0001 that are non-voting in terms of rights. The Company has 260,000,000 common shares authorized with a par value of $0.0001 per share. There are 244,038,890 common shares issued and outstanding as of August 31, 2022 which are voting in terms of rights and August 31, 2021, respectively. Common shares have been issued and paid in amount of $24,403 at par value since inception.
