On November 26, 2025, in connection with the release of its financial results for its fourth fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2025, Golub Capital Direct Lending Unlevered Corporation is providing an earnings presentation to its shareholders of record as of September 30, 2025. A copy of the earnings presentation is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
