Explanatory Note:

This Form 10-D/A amends the registrant's Asset Backed Issuer Distribution Report on Form 10-D filed by the Registrant on March 26, 2026 (SEC Accession No. 0001888524-26-005402) (the "Original 10-D"). The purpose of this amendment is to correct the Collection Account balance for the “Prior Distribution Date” under Item 9 of Original 10-D to $0.00. No modifications were made to the monthly distribution report.

On March 17, 2026 a distribution was made to holders of the certificates issued by UBS Commercial Mortgage Trust 2019-C18.

During the distribution period from February 19, 2026 to March 17, 2026 no assets securitized by UBS Commercial Mortgage Securitization Corp. (the "Depositor") and held by UBS Commercial Mortgage Trust 2019-C18 were the subject of a demand to repurchase or replace for breach of the representations and warranties contained in the underlying transaction documents.
