	Reduction Amount was calcluated and posted effective May 6, 2025. Post Receivership appointmen t, occupancy at the asset has increased to 85%. SS and Receivcer are working on a property wide captial plan to address deferred
	maintenance, make ready units and improve curb appeal to drive leasing.
