Delek US Holdings, Inc. Announces Quarterly Dividend

BRENTWOOD, Tenn., July 30, 2025 – Delek US Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:DK) (“Delek”) today announced that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly dividend of $0.255 per share, to be paid on August 18, 2025, to shareholders as of record on August 11, 2025.
