On November 10, 2025, the registrant announced its earnings for the three-month and nine-month periods ended September 30, 2025. A copy of the announcement is attached as an exhibit to this report. As noted in the announcement, the registrant will hold a conference call on November 11, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. ET to discuss its third quarter 2025 operating results.
