On December 18, 2024, Tego Cyber Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), held a shareholder update call during which an investor presentation (“Investor Presentation”) was utilized. A copy of the Investor Presentation is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
