On August 13, 2025, Processa Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”) filed a proxy statement (the “Proxy Statement”) pursuant to Section 14(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, in connection with its 2025 Special Meeting of Stockholders. On August 25, 2025, the Company’s board of directors changed the location of the Special Meeting of Stockholders from 601 21^st Street, Suite 300, Vero Beach, FL 32960, as set forth in the Proxy Statement, to 594 East Colorado Blvd. Suite 200 Pasadena, CA 91101.
