Basis of Presentation	Basis of Presentation The accompanying unaudited financial statements of the Company have been prepared in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America for interim financial information and in accordance with the instructions to Form 10-Q and Article 8 of Regulation S-X. Accordingly, they do not include all of the information and footnotes required by accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America for complete financial statements. In the opinion of management, all adjustments (consisting of normal recurring accruals) considered necessary for a fair presentation have been included. Operating results for the six months ended October 31, 2016 are not necessarily indicative of the results that may be expected for the fiscal year ending April 30, 2017. For further information regarding the Company's significant accounting policies, refer to the audited financial statements and footnotes thereto included in the Company's Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended April 30, 2016 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on August 2, 2016. Certain prior period amounts have been reclassified to conform to current period presentation.
