Related Party Transactions	Related Party Transactions On June 25, 2025, the Company entered into an agreement under which M. Klein & Company, through its affiliate, The Klein Group LLC, will provide financial advisory and strategic services. Mr. Michael Klein, who currently serves as a director of the Company, maintains a direct controlling interest in M. Klein & Company. The advisory agreement is for a term of one year and requires the Company to pay a $250 quarterly retainer fee, in addition to other potential fees depending on the outcomes of certain transactions. During the nine months ended September 30, 2025, the Company made total payments of $250 under the agreement.
