Accordingly, as of May 19, 2023, Newtyn Management may be deemed to beneficially own the 665,610 shares of Preferred Stock held in the aggregate by NP and NTE.

The foregoing beneficial ownership percentage is based upon 10,319,782 shares of Preferred Stock issued and outstanding as of May 19, 2023, based on information disclosed by the Company on its website.
