Goodwill	15. Goodwill Goodwill arises from the acquisition method of accounting for business combinations and represents the excess of the purchase price over the fair value of the net assets and other identifiable intangible assets acquired. The fair values of net tangible assets and intangible assets acquired are based upon preliminary valuations and the Company’s estimates and assumptions are subject to change within the measurement period. There was $757,648 and $757,648 of goodwill recorded as of December 31, 2022 and June 30, 2022, respectively. Goodwill was recognized as a result of the transactions detailed in “Note 3 - Business Combinations”. Management assesses the carrying value of the goodwill at least annually; in its most recent assessment, they determined no impairment was necessary. Management believes no events have occurred during the six months ended December 31, 2022 and up to the date of this report that suggests impairment has occurred.
