Provide the following information regarding the aggregate number and percentage of the class of securities of the issuer identified in Item 1.

(a) Amount Beneficially Owned:

As of the close of business on April 4, 2017, the reporting persons beneficially owned an aggregate of 2,244,240 shares or 7.0% of the Issuer’s Common Stock outstanding.

On April 5, 2017, Gartner, Inc. ("Gartner") consummated its previously announced acquisition of the Issuer, whereby a wholly owned subsidiary of Gartner merged with and into the Issuer, with the Issuer surviving as a wholly owned subsidiary of Gartner. At the effective time of the merger on April 5, 2017, in exchange for each share of the Issuer’s Common Stock, the reporting persons received $54.00 in cash, and 0.2284 of a share of Gartner common stock. Thus, as of the close of business on April 5, 2017, the reporting persons no longer beneficially owned any shares of the Issuer’s Common Stock.
