Note 2 - Going Concern	Note 2 – Going Concern Management has determined there is substantial doubt about our ability to continue as a going concern as a result of our lack of significant revenues, significant recurring losses, and negative working capital. If we are unable to generate significant revenue or secure additional financing, we may be required to cease or curtail our operations. Our financial statements do not include adjustments that might result from the outcome of this uncertainty. Management is trying to alleviate the going concern risk by: investigating and securing various financing resources, including but not limited to borrowing from the Company’s major shareholder and seeking private placements.
