8. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	EQUITY TRANSACTION On September 11, 2013, a share purchase agreement was made between the Company’s founding shareholder (the seller) and Gain Delight Trading Ltd. (the purchaser). Pursuant to this agreement, the Company’s founding shareholder sold his rest of 7% of the Company’s total common stock shares, or 2,197,300 shares of common stock to Gain Delight Trading Ltd for cash consideration of $3,500. The transfer of the shares was consummated on September 18, 2013.
