ISSUANCE OF STOCK OPTIONS [Abstract]
ISSUANCE OF STOCK OPTIONS	NOTE 6 - ISSUANCE OF STOCK OPTIONS On January 15, 2012 the Company granted William Blackwell options to purchase 240,000 shares of common stock in connection with his employment agreement. The options vest at 10,000 per month and expire if not exercised within three years of the grant date. The exercise price of the options is $1.00. Upon the optionee's termination of employment, the non-vested portion of the options will lapse upon the date of such termination. The Company used a Black-Scholes calculation to value the options grant and determined the value of the grant to be zero.
