On March 3, 2011, Hughes Communications, Inc. (“HCI”), the parent of Hughes Network Systems, LLC (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing certain financial results of HCI and the Company for the quarter and full year ended December 31, 2010. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
