Provide the following information regarding the aggregate number and percentage of the class of securities of the issuer identified in Item 1.

(a) Amount Beneficially Owned:

As of the close of business on June 2, 2016, the reporting persons beneficially owned an aggregate of 35,369,786 shares or 5.2% of the Issuer’s Common Stock outstanding. On June 3, 2016, Shire plc ("Shire") consummated its previously announced acquisition of the Issuer pursuant to which an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Shire merged with and into the Issuer (the "Merger"), with the Issuer surviving as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shire. At the effective time of the Merger on June 3, 2016, in exchange for each share of the Issuer’s Common Stock, the reporting persons received $18.00 in cash, and 0.1482 of an American Depositary Share of Shire. Thus, as of the close of business on June 3, 2016, the reporting persons no longer beneficially owned any shares of the Issuer’s Common Stock.
