*This report is being filed today as an amendment to the initial SCHEDULE 13G/A filing that was by M&G for Adastra Minerals on February 15, 2006 to correct an error in the original filing. The filing on February 15, 2006 for Adastra Minerals was made as a SCHEDULE 13G/A filing when it should have been filed as a SCHEDULE 13G. No previous SCHEDULE 13G had been filed for Adastra Minerals Inc so the initial filing should have been a SCHEDULE 13G and not a SCHEDULE 13G/A.
