SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 11 – SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On January 23, 2026, the Company’s shareholders approved increases to: i) the number of shares reserved for issuance under the Plan by 3,000,000 shares and ii) the authorized shares of common stock from 100,000,000 to 250,000,000. On January 23, 2026, the Company filed a certificate of amendment to its Amended and Restated Articles of Incorporation with the secretary of state of the state of Nevada to increase its number of authorized shares of common stock to 250,000,000.
