On May 12, 2025, ADS-TEC ENERGY PLC (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its audited financial results for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2024 and providing operational update on the recent financial performance and key developments for the Company. In conjunction with the conference call being held on May 12, 2025 to discuss the Company’s results for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2024, the Company also made available to its investors an investor presentation to provide additional information regarding its business and financial results.
