Item 5.02 - Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officer; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On May 7, 2020, Mr. Spencer Chesman, the Chief Executive Officer of Natur International Corp. (“company”) resigned from the position of Chief Executive Officer. His resignation was for personal reasons. He remains a member of the board of directors. As a continuing member of the board of directors he will focus, consistent with his past experience, on sales and operations.
