Stockholders' Equity	Note 9. Stockholders’ Equity Preferred Stock Our board of directors has the authority to fix the designations, powers, preferences and rights and the qualifications, limitations or restrictions thereof, of any wholly unissued series of preferred stock, and to increase or decrease the number of shares in any series of preferred stock, subject to limitations prescribed by law and by our certificate of incorporation. We had no preferred stock issued and outstanding as of December 31, 2025 or 2024. Common Stock As of December 31, 2025, we had authorized 495,000,000 shares of voting $0.001 par value common stock. Each holder of the common stock is entitled to one vote per common share. At its discretion, the board of directors may declare dividends on shares of common stock, subject to the prior rights of our preferred stockholders, if any. Upon liquidation or dissolution, holders of common stock will receive distributions only after preferred stock preferences have been satisfied.
