Regulation FD Disclosure.

Beginning on November 18, 2025, IO Biotech, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”) will participate in the Jefferies Global Healthcare Conference (the “Conference”). The Company has updated the corporate presentation that it intends to use at the Conference and in meetings with investors, a copy of which was posted to the Company’s website on November 18, 2025 (the “Investor Deck”).

A copy of the Investor Deck is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
