Item 1.02 – Termination of a Material Definitive Agreement.

On January 16, 2025, Blue Owl Technology Finance Corp. II, a Maryland corporation (the “Company”), terminated the Revolving Credit Agreement (the “Subscription Credit Facility”) with the Company, as borrower, Wells Fargo Bank, National Association (“Wells Fargo”), as administrative agent, and Wells Fargo and the other banks and financial institutions party thereto, as lenders. The Company repaid all outstanding loans under the Subscription Credit Facility in full in connection with this termination.
