Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.

On April 19, 2007, Roy Watson resigned as Chief Financial Officer of Greens Worldwide Incorporated (the “Company”).

The Company did not appoint a successor to Mr. Watson for the position of Chief Financial Officer.
