Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On November 7, 2006, Community Capital Bancshares, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release regarding its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2006, which contained two typographical errors in the Consolidated Statements of Income with respect to “Other expenses salaries and employee benefits” and “Other operating expenses” for the three months ended September 30, 2005. The Company's corrected press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated by reference herein.
