Item 1. Security and Issuer

Except as expressly restated and amended below, the Schedule 13D and amendments thereto, as filed on behalf of Alan G. McMannus with respect to the common shares without par value (the "Common Shares") of Camflo International Inc., a Yukon, Canada corporation, with its principal offices located at 938 Howe Street, #703, Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada V6Z 1N9(the "Issuer"), remains in full force and effect.

Item 2. Identity and Background

(a) This Schedule 13D is filed on behalf of Alan G. McMannus

(b) Mr. McMannus’s business address is: 1550, 340 12th Avenue S.W.

Calgary, Alberta, Canada T2R 1L5

(c)Mr. McMannus is a Director of the Issuer.

(d) During the last five years Mr. McMannus has not been convicted in a

criminal proceeding (excluding traffic violations or similar

misdemeanors).

(e) Mr. McMannus has not, during the last five years, been a party to a

civil proceeding of a judicial or administrative body of competent

jurisdiction and as a result of such proceeding was or is subject to

a judgment, decree or final order enjoining further violations of,

or prohibiting or mandating activities subject to the federal or

state securities laws or finding any violation with respect to such

laws.

(f) Mr. McMannus is a citizen of Canada.

Mr. McMannus has acquired all his Common Shares of the Issuer for

investment purposes.

Item 5. Interest in Securities of the Issuer

Mr. McMannus may be deemed to beneficially own an aggregate of

100,000 Common Shares of the Issuer's, representing approximately

.0158% of the total Common Shares deemed outstanding (6,330,662).
