Seanergy Maritime Holdings Corp. (the “Company”) announced today that the following proposals were approved and adopted at its 2025 Annual Meeting of Shareholders held on October 30, 2025:

the election of Mr. Stamatios Tsantanis and Mr. Elias Culucundis to serve as Class A Directors until the 2028 Annual Meeting of Shareholders; and

the ratification of the appointment of Deloitte Certified Public Accountants S.A. to serve as the Company’s independent auditors for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025.
