Organization, Consolidation and Presentation of Financial Statements Disclosure and Significant Accounting Policies [Text Block]	1. ORGANIZATION The Company was incorporated under the laws of the state of Nevada on August 13, 2004. The Company was organized for the purpose of acquiring and developing mineral claims. During fiscal year 2011, the Company’s previous mining claims lapsed, and the Company shifted its business model to look for merger possibilities, and thus entered the Development Stage. Subsequent to January 31, 2011, the Company acquired two mining claims, and is now considered to be a pre-exploration stage company.
Going Concern Note	5. GOING CONCERN The accompanying financial statements have been prepared assuming that the Company will continue as a going concern. The Company does not have sufficient working capital for its planned activity, and to service its debt, which raises substantial doubt about its ability to continue as a going concern. Continuation of the Company as a going concern is dependent upon obtaining additional working capital and the management of the Company has developed a strategy, which it believes will accomplish this objective through short term loans from an officer-director, and additional equity investment, which will enable the Company to continue operations for the coming year.

The entire disclosure for the organization, consolidation and basis of presentation of financial statements disclosure, and significant accounting policies of the reporting entity. May be provided in more than one note to the financial statements, as long as users are provided with an understanding of (1) the significant judgments and assumptions made by an enterprise in determining whether it must consolidate a VIE and/or disclose information about its involvement with a VIE, (2) the nature of restrictions on a consolidated VIE's assets reported by an enterprise in its statement of financial position, including the carrying amounts of such assets, (3) the nature of, and changes in, the risks associated with an enterprise's involvement with the VIE, and (4) how an enterprise's involvement with the VIE affects the enterprise's financial position, financial performance, and cash flows. Describes procedure if disclosures are provided in more than one note to the financial statements.
