STOCK OPTIONS	NOTE 5 – STOCK OPTIONS The Company accounts for stock options in accordance with FASB Accounting Standards Codification (ASC) 718 Stock Compensation. The Company recognizes the grant-date fair-value of stock options and other equity-based compensation issued to employees in the statement of operations. The Company had $89 thousand in unrecognized compensation costs relating to non-vested stock based compensation awards at March 31, 2012. No stock options were granted during 2011 or during the three month period ended March 31, 2012.

The entire disclosure for compensation-related costs for equity-based compensation, which may include disclosure of policies, compensation plan details, allocation of equity compensation, incentive distributions, equity-based arrangements to obtain goods and services, deferred compensation arrangements, employee stock ownership plan details and employee stock purchase plan details.
