On November 8, 2019, Bancorp of New Jersey, Inc. (the “Company”), the holding company for Bank of New Jersey (the “Bank”), issued a press release reporting its financial results for its third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2019. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1 and hereby incorporated by reference.
