On November 14, 2016, 21st Century Oncology Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2016. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
