On May 25, 2007, the management of Sweet Success Enterprises, Inc. (the “Company”) accepted the resignation of Mike Launer, regional sales vice president of the Company. Mr. Launer was employed by the Company since September 2006. The resignation became effective immediately and was accompanied with a letter from Mr. Launer attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K report.

Mr. Launer’s resignation letter states “I am resigning my position as regional sales vice president to pursue other interests.”

At this time, the Company has no plans to hire a replacement for Mr. Launer.
