MORGAN MORTGAGE TRUST, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-A8 Trust which was not included in the original 8-K filed. The 8-K is being amended because the Cusips for AR, B4, B5, and B6 were reported incorrectly on the distribution reports. This revision was not previously disclosed in a 1934 Act filing.
