On October 27, 2025, Piedmont Realty Trust, Inc. (the "Registrant") issued an earnings release and supplemental information announcing its financial results for the third quarter 2025 and published the earnings release and supplemental information for the third quarter 2025 to its website under Investor Relations. The earnings release and the supplemental information are attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, and are incorporated herein by reference.
