Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-A (the "Certificates") and the related Prospectus, dated
March 27, 2007 (collectively, the "Prospectus"), of the Wachovia Mortgage Loan Trust, LLC Series 2007-A
Trust (the "Issuing Entity") filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission pursuant to Rule 424(b)(5)
under the Securities Act of 1933.
