Item 8.01	Other Events.

On August 3, 2017, Knight Transportation, Inc., an Arizona corporation (the "Company"), announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.06 per share of common stock. The dividend is payable to the Company's shareholders of record as of September 1, 2017, and is expected to be paid on September 29, 2017.
