On April 25, 2007, QualMark Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its earnings for the first quarter ended March 31, 2007. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1. The Company also held a conference call on April 25, 2007 at 11:00am EST to discuss the April 25, 2007 press release.
