Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.

On August 21, 2006, the Company’s Board of Directors approved a change in the Company’s fiscal year end from August 31 to the Saturday closest to August 31^st of each year. The change for Fiscal Year 2006 moves the fiscal year end from August 31, 2006 to September 2, 2006.
