The amounts reflecting the Scheduled Principal and Principal Prepayments have been corrected. Previously, the Principal Prepayments were reported as Scheduled Principal. The Net Principal Distribution remains unchanged. The Interest Amount has also been corrected; however, the Net Interest Distribution Including Prepayment Penalty changed by less than $1.00. The Principal Payable and Interest Payable on the Bonds did not change. Corresponding balances in the Supplemental Loan Level remittance and delinquency information have also been corrected. Item 5.
