Beryl Capital Management LLC (“Beryl”), Beryl Capital Management LP (“Beryl GP”), Beryl Capital Partners II LP (the “Partnership”) and David A. Witkin (collectively, the “Filers”). Each Filer disclaims beneficial ownership of the Stock except to the extent of that person’s pecuniary interest therein.
