Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year

On August 21, 2009, MI 2009 Inc., formerly known as Milacron Inc. (the “Company”), filed with the Secretary of State of Delaware an amendment to its Certificate of Incorporation, changing the name of the Company from “Milacron Inc.” to “MI 2009 Inc.” and received confirmation of the filing’s acceptance on August 26, 2009. The amendment is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report.

Item 7.01 Regulation FD

On August 27, 2009, the Company filed with the Bankruptcy Court its monthly operating report for July 2009 (the “Monthly Operating Report”). The Monthly Operating Report is filed as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report and is incorporated herein by reference.
