Item 8.01 Other Events.

On October 29, 2007, management of WSB Financial Group, Inc. (the “company”) conducted a facilitated conference call for investors and the public at approximately 2:00 p.m., Pacific Time, to discuss the company’s previously reported preliminary financial results for the third quarter and year-to-date period ending September 30, 2007.
