Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

Pilgrim's Pride Corporation (the “Company”) is hosting an Investor Day event today, March 14, 2025 at 10 a.m. Eastern Daylight time. A copy of the slides to be used in conjunction with the Company's Investor Day presentation on March 14, 2025 is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.

Item 8.01 Other Events.

On March 13, 2025, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) authorized and declared a dividend of $6.30 per share on the Company's issued and outstanding common shares of stock and beneficial interest (the“Dividend”). The Dividend will be payable to the stockholders of record at the close of business on April 3, 2025.

The Company issued a press release on March 14, 2025 announcing the Dividend. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2 and incorporated by reference herein.
