On October 28, 2025, First Commonwealth Financial Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing financial results for the three and nine month periods ended September 30, 2025. Item 7.01			Regulation FD Disclosure

On October 28, 2025, the Company announced a cash dividend of $0.135 per share of the Company’s common stock. The dividend declaration is included in the press release announcing financial results for the three and nine month periods ended September 30, 2025.
