On March 16, 2010, Columbus Southern Power Company (the “Company”) entered into an Underwriting Agreement with Barclays Capital Inc. (the “Underwriter”), relating to the offering and sale by the Company of $150,000,000 of its Floating Rate Notes Series A, due 2012 (the “Notes”).
