On March 3, 2026, WEBTOON Entertainment Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release and a letter to shareholders (the "Shareholder Letter") announcing its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year-ended December 31, 2025. Copies of the press release and Shareholder Letter are furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and Exhibit 99.2, respectively, to this Current Report on Form 8-K and are incorporated herein by reference.
