The Registrant’s Common Stock is quoted on the OTCQB Venture Market of the OTC Markets Group, Inc. under the trading symbol “CAPC.”

Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

Capstone Companies, Inc. (the “Company”) is furnishing this Current Report on Form 8-K in connection with the disclosure of information regarding the Company’s status in seeking development or acquisition of a new business line. In an October 15, 2025 response to an inquiry from a shareholder of the Company, the Company Chairman confirmed that there was no change in the status of those development or acquisition efforts by the Company as of October 15, 2025.
