Item 8.01 Other Events.

The ~~One~~520 ~~SoHo~~Almanor ~~Square~~ Mortgage Loan, which constituted approximately 25.74% of the ~~asset~~ asset pool of the issuing entity as of its cut-off date, is an asset of the ~~issuing~~ issuing entity and is part of a loan combination that is being serviced and administered under the ~~trust~~pooling and servicing agreement, dated as of ~~July~~November 301, 2021, relating to the ~~SOHO~~Benchmark ~~Trust~~ 2021-~~SOHO~~B30 Mortgage Trust filed as Exhibit 4.63 to ~~the~~ the registrant’s Current Report on Form 8-K filed on November 18, 2021 (the “~~SOHO~~BMARK 2021-~~SOHO~~B30 ~~TSA~~PSA”). Pursuant to Section 63.422(ab) of the ~~SOHO~~ BMARK 2021-~~SOHO~~B30 ~~TSA~~PSA, ~~Midland~~CWCapital ~~Loan~~Asset ~~Services~~Management LLC, a ~~Division~~Delaware ~~of PNC Bank, National~~limited ~~Association,~~liability ~~a national banking association~~company, was removed as special servicer of the ~~One~~520 ~~SoHo~~Almanor ~~Square~~ Mortgage Loan and ~~K-Star~~Torchlight ~~Asset~~Loan ~~Management~~Services, LLC (“~~K-Star~~Torchlight”), a Delaware limited liability company, was appointed as the successor special servicer of the ~~One~~520 ~~SoHo~~Almanor ~~Square~~ Mortgage Loan under the BMARK 2021-B30 PSA. ~~SOHO~~ In the interest of transaction management, this Current Report on Form 8-K is being filed to record that, effective as of April 2, 2026, the 520 Almanor Mortgage Loan will be specially serviced, if necessary, pursuant to the BMARK 2021-~~SOHO~~B30 ~~TSA~~PSA, by Torchlight. Torchlight maintains its principal special servicing office at 90 Park Avenue, 20th Floor, New York, New York 10016 and its telephone number is 212-883-2800.

In the interest of transaction management, this Current Report on Form 8-K is being filed to record that, effective as of May 15, 2023, the One SoHo Square Mortgage Loan will be specially serviced, if necessary, pursuant to the SOHO 2021-SOHO TSA, by K-Star. The principal servicing offices of K-Star are located at 5949 Sherry Lane, Suite 950, Dallas, Texas 75225.
